An established industry player is seeking a Project Director to lead the Maryland Energy Assistance Program. Reports to: Administrator, Housing and Community Development.
Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000.
Status/Classification: Exempt Full-time.
Location: Salisbury.
Position Summary:
The Project Director is responsible for the effective management and successful implementation of the Maryland Energy Assistance Program (MEAP), which provides financial support to individuals and families for energy-related expenses. This position plays a key leadership role in overseeing program operations, supervising staff, maintaining partnerships, and ensuring compliance with community action guidelines.
