Banking & IT Recruiter | Connecting Top Talent with Leading Financial Institutions and IT Sectors | Specializing in Strategic Hires and Talent Acquisition

Duration: Contract until 28/11/2025

Location: Birmingham, Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Rate: up to £600-£660 per day, Umbrella, inside IR35

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • 20 years of experience in recruitment or related fields
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, legal counsel, and financial advisors
  • Develop and implement plans for business separation during divestment processes
  • Manage transition of employees, assets, and liabilities to new owners
  • Experience in CXO-level management
  • Leadership in complex, global, matrix organizations across various business lines
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced international environments
  • Financial services experience is highly desirable
