We’re looking for a confident and collaborative Program & Community Manager to lead regional developer engagement efforts and oversee the successful delivery of initiatives that support one of the world’s largest developer ecosystems.

What you’ll be doing

* Streamline operations, introduce smarter workflows, automation, and process improvements
* Manage vendor relationships and program budgets
* Align your work with wider organisational objectives and cross-functional teams

Community Engagement (50%)

* Own and grow the User Group Program across a key region in EMEA
* Develop authentic relationships with community leaders, tech influencers, and developer advocates
* Support the delivery of grassroots events like Community Days and user-led workshops
* Gather feedback from the field and use it to shape future programs
* Help community organisers thrive; mentoring, promoting, and enabling them with resources

About you
You’re a natural connector and strategic thinker who thrives on making things happen. Whether you’re running events or building a dashboard, you bring energy, structure, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Essentials

* 5+ years in program/project management
* 3+ years in customer-facing or community engagement roles
* Proven experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders
* Strong data and reporting skills, able to turn insight into action
* Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences
* Familiar with developer culture and technical communities

Nice-to-haves

* Experience managing developer-focused communities or working in DevRel
* Proficiency in a second European language (German, French, Spanish…)
* Exposure to tools like Asana, JIRA, Salesforce, Marketo, Qualtrics
* Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar)
* Experience working with international or remote-first teams
