Want to apply your research and survey design skills to build insights and shape business strategies for Amazon across different businesses? The Customer Experience Strategy organization is looking for a highly motivated, creative, and curious individual to join our Customer NPS team in Bangalore.

Our vision is to make Amazon Pay the most trusted, convenient, and rewarding Payment Experience in the market.

As a Program Associate, you will conduct NPS surveys across multiple product lines (e.g., Travels, bills payment, UPI, etc.). The insights you generate will directly impact how product teams can improve customer experience. This role offers a dynamic, innovative, and diverse environment with ample opportunities to develop your skills and address new challenges while helping Amazon achieve its vision: to be Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company. The ideal candidate will be excited about influencing customer experience and acting as our customer insights evangelist.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Math, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Excel; basic knowledge of SQL preferred
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret ambiguous problems, access relevant data, make assumptions, derive insights, and draw conclusions relevant to business problems
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues in simple, clear stories
  • Professional and concise presentation of information supported by data
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Excel
  • 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Retail, or Business Analytics
  • Basic SQL knowledge
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end operations of the NPS program and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Prepare, maintain, and publish results using advanced dashboards or Tableau for leadership
  • Coordinate workflows with stakeholders for smooth operations
