Join our Enterprise Operational Resilience team as a part-time (4-day/week), fully remote Program Analyst—drive enterprise-wide resilience initiatives, tooling, and strategy across WTW.

This is a great opportunity within the Enterprise Operational Resilience team for a Program Analyst who will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of sound resilience practices across WTW’s Segments, functions, and processes - with a focus on ensuring implementation/maturity of enterprise-wide capabilities and enablers.

The Role

The position will drive or support multiple initiatives including developing/enhancing resilience-based tooling, data management, governance, and reporting capabilities as part of the overall organizational Operational Resilience strategic goals and ambitions. The role will require extensive collaboration with multiple internal teams and stakeholders including Technology, Information & Cyber Security, Supplier Risk, and Enterprise Risk Management to ensure initiative outcomes are met within prescribed timelines.

• Support the ongoing execution of the operational resilience strategy and plans, including development/maintenance of project plans, governance materials, and status updates for the organization.
• Support the implementation of specific operational resilience maturity-driven initiatives, including the development, design, and operationalization of a new global operational resilience and business continuity planning tool. Manage the product's day-to-day operations, address user issues, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee change management to ensure smooth modifications.
• Design/enhance dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and KRIs related to operational resilience, and produce reports on business continuity, crisis management, and related risks and issues.
• Execute risk reduction data analysis initiatives to identify trends and areas for resilience improvement.
• Support the implementation of global regulations related to operational resilience, including compliance assessments and gap analyses.
• Coordinate annual reviews of resilience policies, standards, and controls, and contribute to reviews of related policies such as Technology resilience, Cybersecurity, and Supplier Risk Management.
• Support the execution of the broader resilience strategy, including policy updates and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate across teams to embed and mature resilience controls and strategies.
• Partner with Enterprise Risk Management to align operational risk management requirements and reporting.
• Leverage data, automation, and AI to enhance resilience understanding and process efficiencies.
• Promote resilience best practices through training, collaboration, and engagement.
