Title: Program Analyst - IHS & AmFlex

Location: Bangalore

Essential Functions

The selected person will manage Driver experience, safety, and insurance charters under the IHS & AmFlex programs. They will collaborate with stakeholder teams to identify opportunities for automation and process streamlining. The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical abilities, and deep data dive capabilities to generate actionable insights. The individual will work across cross-functional teams in India and worldwide for program updates and benchmarking. Responsibilities include executing programs for both Flex and IHS, along with effective communication skills.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Manage Driver experience, safety, and insurance charters under the IHS & AmFlex programs.
• Execute programs across cross-functional teams and geographies.
• Deep dive into data related to DPIX, Safety, and Insurance to generate actionable insights.
