Job summary

QBE seeks an experienced Underwriting Performance Manager in London to support profitable and sustainable underwriting outcomes across our International business. You will partner with Underwriters, Finance, Exposure Management and Portfolio teams to provide meaningful performance insights and challenge assumptions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lloyd's market and understanding of Lloyd's performance, planning and reporting requirements.
• Experience in underwriting performance, portfolio management, actuarial, finance or related analytical roles in insurance.
• Strong understanding of underwriting performance metrics, portfolio management and profitability drivers.
• Experience with Lloyd's market reporting and performance management requirements.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior underwriting and business leaders.
