Role
When you join this firm, you will be detail orientated and strategically minded legal professional, with a confident understanding of the financial sector.

It will be expected that you bring a commercial mindset to technical work and enjoy shaping how a practice operates. Prior exposure to areas like property finance or housing-related funding would be a plus.

As a main focus in this role, you will be an integral part of building and refining essential materials like template documents, guidance notes, digital knowledge hubs and training content. You'll collaborate with lawyers and Partners across the real estate and housing finance sectors, offering insights on complex matters and supporting business development efforts.

As a Finance PSL, you be sure to keep tabs on the legal trends, producing useful learning documentation for the internal team and important external clientele. Being able to share this information with the overall department in a clean and uncomplicated manner.

Your role will also involve keeping tabs on legal trends, producing insightful content for clients and internal teams, leading knowledge-sharing initiatives and helping deliver tailored client training. By connecting with both internal knowledge teams and external networks, you'll play a key role in streamlining information flow and supporting long-term strategic goals for the group.

Ideal Candidate

  • A 5 + PQE Finance Solicitor with an interest in stepping away from fee-earning
  • Able to handle a diverse set of cases and collaborate with a wide range of clients, with a keen interest in fostering and growing client relationships.
  • Is technically strong with up-to-date and relevant Banking and Finance knowledge
  • Has excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and clients alike
