Professional Support Lawyer - Commercial Property

The Role

• Reviewing developments in Real Estate and landlord and tenant law, and updating teams on key changes.
• Developing and maintaining precedent banks, best practice guides, and knowledge resources.
• Creating and delivering training programmes on general and sector-specific Real Estate law.
• Supporting fee earners with research, legal updates, and technical guidance.
• Producing thought leadership content, articles, and client bulletins to enhance the firm's profile.

About You

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced Real Estate lawyer with a passion for knowledge management and legal training. You should have:

• Significant experience in Real Estate law from a reputable City, national, or regional firm.
• Expertise in areas such as real estate development, investment, property management, finance, social housing, and enfranchisement.
• Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills to design and deliver training programs.
• A collaborative mindset and effective teamwork abilities.
