This role sits at the intersection of legal excellence and commercial insight, supporting a range of high-performing finance teams-including fund finance, private credit, restructuring & insolvency, and capital markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay abreast of market-shifting legal developments in finance and share actionable insights
• Respond to ad hoc legal queries with precision and clarity
