Professional Services Program Manager

Program Managers oversee the development of programs supporting organizational objectives. They design, coordinate, and improve internal and external programs, working across departments to align with strategic vision. They manage multiple projects to ensure consistency, quality, and success.

Overall Project Responsibilities:

1. Organize programs and activities aligned with organizational goals.
2. Develop new programs supporting strategic direction and create long-term goals.
3. Develop budgets and operational plans for programs.
4. Establish evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
5. Write funding proposals to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
6. Manage diverse teams with various responsibilities.
7. Ensure goals related to customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance are met.
8. Implement and manage changes to achieve project goals.
9. Communicate transparently with stakeholders regarding project issues and decisions.
10. Provide accurate and timely reports on program status.
11. Analyze program risks.
12. Collaborate on strategy with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, services, and operations.
