The Professional Services team supports our Higher Education and Further Education customers through a collaborative approach to achieve successful outcomes and growth for all.

You will work remotely with occasional travel as needed.

The Role

The Professional Services Consultant (Technical) enables our customers to maximize the benefits from our systems through effective technical consultancy services and support. Your responsibilities include:

• Assist customers with Dynamics setup, data migration, and integration, ensuring efficiency, compliance (e.g., GDPR), and minimal disruption.
• Deliver sessions on Dynamics functionality, guiding customers on best practices for data management, system health, Azure tools, and customizations.
• Configure infrastructure for migration/integration using Azure services and legacy technologies, collaborating with client IT teams to establish secure, scalable environments.
• Support staff with Dynamics and data integration issues, offering solution design guidance, troubleshooting, and promoting continuous improvement.

The Skills you’ll have

• Experience in migration and integration of data.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Dynamics.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to read XML.
• Experience providing successful customer support.
• Technically astute.

It would be great if you had

• Knowledge of the Higher/Further education sector.
