The Senior Professional Services Consultant will own the implementation of our product for customers. We seek a passionate team member to partner with customers in designing and building solutions that improve user experience across websites and platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, solutions, and customer success. This role reports to a Professional Services Manager.

• WalkMe Implementation: Design and deploy interactive experiences to enhance onboarding and adoption.
• Consultation: Collaborate with application owners to align solutions with business goals.
• Project Management: Lead projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.
• Data Analysis: Use usage data and feedback to optimize solutions.
• Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training on WalkMe best practices.

Qualifications
