So, if this is ticking your boxes and you are excited at the thought of working with creative, passionate, energetic, friendly people - we would love to hear from you.

The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:

Are you a technically skilled consultant with a passion for delivering impactful IT projects and driving innovation? We’re looking for a Professional Services Consultant to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll be a trusted Subject Matter Expert, leading the design, deployment, and delivery of cutting-edge Microsoft Cloud solutions. You’ll work across the full project lifecycle — from planning and implementation to testing, documentation, and service transition — ensuring every engagement exceeds expectations.

You will:

  • Design and deploy Microsoft 365, Azure IaaS/PaaS, and Identity solutions: architect and implement scalable, secure cloud environments tailored to client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Act as a technical lead on major projects: take ownership of technical delivery, collaborating with Solutions Architects and stakeholders to guide projects from concept to completion.
  • Produce high- and low-level documentation: ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and timely — supporting both internal teams and client understanding throughout the engagement.
  • Support pre-sales and solution architecture: provide technical insight during the scoping phase, help shape proposals, and ensure smooth handover into delivery.
  • Evaluate and onboard new technologies: assess emerging tools and platforms, contributing to Littlefish’s evolving service portfolio.
  • Share knowledge and mentor colleagues: actively support team development through knowledge sharing, peer coaching, and technical leadership.

Who you are:

  • Extensive experience delivering Microsoft Cloud solutions within a Managed Services Provider (MSP): proven track record of delivering complex Microsoft 365 and Azure-based solutions in a client-facing environment. Ability to manage multiple engagements, adapt to varied client needs, and deliver high-quality outcomes in line with industry best practices.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills: confident in writing, adapting, and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts to automate tasks, streamline deployments, and support configuration management.
  • Deep understanding of core infrastructure technologies: hands-on expertise in Windows Server environments, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and Active Directory. Ability to design and implement robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills: adept at translating technical concepts into clear, concise language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning and innovation: thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments, actively seeking to improve processes, adopt new technologies, and share knowledge.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel: willing and able to travel to client sites or Littlefish offices when required, ensuring strong relationships and hands-on support.

What we offer:

  • Training through the Littlefish Academy, with potential earnings increase of £4,500
  • Referral bonus scheme of £1,000 for successful referrals
  • Access to LinkedIn Learning with over 16,000 tutorials
  • Healthcare cash plan including online GP, counselling, and cashback benefits
  • Casual dress policy
  • Company Pension Scheme
  • Company social events
  • 25 days annual leave plus public holidays
  • Purchase and sale of annual leave scheme
