Job Purpose

As we continue to expand our market share in the rapidly emerging Employee Experience platform category, we are looking for a German Speaking Professional Services Associate Consultant.

The Professional Services Associate Consultant will support the delivery of exceptional consulting services to our clients within their designated region (North America, EMEA). Reporting to the Professional Services Consulting Manager or Senior Manager, this role will assist in providing consulting services, gathering client requirements, and supporting the configuration and optimization of our software to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and strong communication skills while developing their expertise to drive positive customer outcomes.

Please note, you must be fluent in German in order to be considered for this role.

Main Responsibilities

Technical & Consultative Development

  • Learn our products and features, as well as systems, software development, and business processes
  • Develop technical knowledge through training, mentoring, and hands-on experience
  • Apply growing technical expertise to support client implementations and other professional services engagements
  • Assist in identifying and resolving business or technical issues under guidance from Consultants and Solutions Architects
  • Support the configuration and customization of solutions to meet client requirements

Client Engagement & Support

  • Participate in client meetings and interactions with supervision from experienced team members
  • Help gather and document client needs and requirements
  • Develop skills in communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Support client adoption activities and implementation efforts
  • Learn to represent the company professionally and demonstrate the value of our solutions

Project Assistance

  • Support project activities from inception to completion
  • Help track progress against timelines and deliverables
  • Learn project management methodologies and apply them in daily work
  • Assist in identifying potential risks that could impact project success
  • Support client expectation management throughout the project lifecycle

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and client stakeholders
  • Document solutions and configurations under guidance from Consultants and Solutions Architects
  • Help capture relevant information for knowledge base articles
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of project activities and decisions
  • Contribute to the organization and accessibility of project documentation

Team Collaboration & Operational Adherence

  • Adopt all processes, best practices, and operational elements to ensure consistency
  • Work effectively with team members and cross-functional teams
  • Participate actively in knowledge sharing sessions and team meetings
  • Seek mentorship and guidance from experienced consultants
  • Demonstrate a collaborative attitude and willingness to learn from others
  • Support the Professional Services Consulting Manager and team in achieving objectives

Requirements

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical or business consulting, customer-facing roles, or a related field
  • Some experience with enterprise software or SaaS platforms preferred
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and business solutions
  • Experience working in collaborative team environments

Technical Skills

  • Basic understanding of enterprise software solutions
  • Aptitude for learning technical systems and processes
  • Familiarity with common business applications and tools
  • Interest in software configuration and customization
  • Basic understanding of data concepts and business processes
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles a plus

Consultative Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

  • Capacity to learn how to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Education & Certifications

Travel Requirements

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international) to support client engagements
