  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving network issues, including hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls), and network operating systems.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Creation & Maintenance of accurate network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and work effectively with clients and colleagues.

  • Efficiency & Automation: Keen to develop skills to facilitate efficiency in deployment, potentially through scripting and automation.
  • Desire for growth: We will work with you to achieve your career goals – this is a good early career position, with potential to develop and progress your career.
