About the Role

This role is integral to supporting the Professional Qualifications team in delivering strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative support to the team and assist in meetings.
  • Manage documents, operational plans, and risk registers.
  • Organise internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
  • Collaborate with HR on recruitment and induction processes.
  • Deliver excellent customer service during peak activity periods.

Qualifications

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior experience in administrative or coordination roles within a professional body or higher education provider.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: £29,450, 35 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays), Pension contribution of 8% with a requirement for a personal contribution of at least 2%, plus matching of additional voluntary contributions of up to an additional 2%, Private healthcare scheme, Death in service cover of 3.5 times your annual pensionable, Income protection salary, Agile and Hybrid working.
