A leading organisation is seeking a Professional Nurse Educator for their Practice Education team in Dawlish. This part-time role involves enhancing the professional development of nursing staff within the Learning Disability and Autism Unit. The ideal candidate will have NMC registration, experience in clinical education, and excellent communication skills.
An exciting internal opportunity has arisen for a Professional Nurse Educator to join our Practice Education team, based at The Brook, Langdon Hospital, Dawlish. This post is part time/ job share, and we are inviting applications for 14 hours per week to complement the existing postholder.
This pivotal role will facilitate and support the clinical, professional, and educational development of our nursing workforce within the Learning Disability and Autism Unit and Outreach Service. This includes, but is not limited to, registered nurses, student nurses, and healthcare support workers.
You will work closely with clinical teams and educational partners to embed high-quality, evidence-based practice, ensuring care delivery is person-centred and aligned with national and Trust priorities.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about clinical education and professional development. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven ability to support others in applying knowledge to practice within a complex clinical environment.
NMC (LD) registration is essential for this post.
