Job summary

ARAG Legal Services UK is recruiting an Associate – Professional Negligence. The role involves running an autonomous caseload in consumer and/or commercial contract litigation, with supervision in accordance with our Law Supervision Policy.

You will work with Senior and Principal Associates to deliver high-quality client service and meet SLA and KPI targets. The ideal candidate has extensive litigation experience, ADR expertise, and strong case-management skills, demonstrated by a track record

Qualifications

• Excellent track record in litigation within consumer and/or commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of court processes, from inception to trial.
• Experience supervising legal work and managing client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a autonomous caseload in line with client expectations.
• Supervise cases in accordance with ARAG Law Supervision Policy.
• Collaborate with Principal Associates to meet SLA, KPI, and billing targets.
• Provide technical supervision to fee-earners across levels.
• Utilise ADR techniques to resolve disputes where appropriate.
• Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
