Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

What You Will Do |

  • Create a positive environment where your team feels valued and supported, promoting success and nurturing talent.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and team skills.
  • Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understand the financial aspects of the kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build a coaching culture within your team, working closely with the Head Chef to recruit and develop talent.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, capable of making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

What We Look For |

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a complex environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a considerate and supportive approach.
  • Proven experience in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Understanding of financial performance, including gross profit and stock management.
  • Ability to manage labor costs and adapt to changing demands.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire and engage the team to thrive and grow.
