Professional Indemnity Lawyer, 3+ years’ PQE, Birmingham

Overview:

1. This role is for a driven individual to join an established Insurance Disputes team in Birmingham, handling a varied caseload of professional indemnity matters.
2. You will act for a diverse range of professionals, including insurance brokers, lawyers, construction professionals, and surveyors.
3. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in professional indemnity matters and a strong knowledge of pre-action and litigation procedures.
4. We seek a proactive team player with lateral thinking and excellent research skills.
5. Confidence in providing outstanding client care, leadership skills, and the ability to supervise team members are essential.
6. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with up to 6 years’ experience in professional indemnity law.
