Qualifications

• Strong technical background in professional indemnity and professional negligence.
• Significant experience advising insurers and/or professional clients.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Professional Indemnity practice in Birmingham.
• Handle complex and high-value professional negligence disputes.
• Develop existing client relationships and generate new business.
• Work with a broad range of professional clients and insurers.
