Job summary

eNL is seeking a qualified Solicitor to join its Professional Indemnity team in London. You will manage a varied caseload of professional indemnity claims, advising on insurance and contract law and developing litigation strategies.

The role requires a proactive communicator with strong analytical skills, capable of working independently or within a team, and delivering timely, commercially focused outcomes for policyholders and insurers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of professional indemnity claims from inception to resolution.
• Act for SRA and FCA regulated professionals.

• Maintain accurate case records using relevant systems.
• Deliver effective, timely, and commercially focused outcomes.
