This role involves managing lower value professional indemnity claims as well as Directors and Officers and Employment Practices Liability claims. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a claims handler is beneficial but not essential.
• Mature attitude with a desire for a long-term career in this field.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of lower value claims under supervision.
• Draft correspondence to clients and maintain contact with insurer.
• Instruct experts and complete administrative tasks.
