In addition to core placement activities, you will:

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver tailored broking strategies that reflect client needs and current market conditions.
  • Negotiate terms and coverage with insurers in the London and international markets to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Management, Technical Support, Client-Facing Support, and Operations teams to drive seamless service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance value for clients through risk solutions, alternative placements, and innovation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the PI space, providing technical guidance internally and externally.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with key insurer partners, leveraging market intelligence and influencing underwriter engagement.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives to enhance broking delivery, streamline processes, and shape WTW's broader PI practice.

  • All-inclusive understanding of insurer appetite, wordings, and claims trends within the PI space.
  • Exceptional client relationship and communication skills, with a consultative and solutions-driven approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of the PI market.
  • High attention to detail, especially when reviewing documentation and policy wordings.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-performing environment.
