In this dynamic role, you'll work independently to design, deliver and refine programs, communications and events to engage and drive the effectiveness of our sales and account management community.

This individual will be an experienced marketing professional, able to work independently and creatively whilst collaborating across teams to deliver strategic goals.

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in in a small and fast-growing department, Global Sales Enablement, which is part of the Marketing team at Concentrix. The Sales Enablement team work to develop and enhance the performance of Concentrix sales and account teams to unlock sustainable and profitable growth.

What you will do in this role

Training and marketing program management

Support the development of materials from across the business and translate them into storyboards for dedicated training on topics such as our services, sector value proposition and products

Build and animate a community of colleagues with sales enablement duties to increase visibility and adoption whilst sharing best practice; chair monthly meetings on this topic

Partner with sales colleagues to identify, understand and prioritize their requests across learning, content and tools

Track key success metrics and key performance indicators specific to sales enablement efforts to show return on investment and overall impact

Communications

Define and execute a communications strategy for the Sales Community, designed to engage and drive adoption of core resources and training – working closely with Internal Comms

Manage the selection process and copy for existing communications, and introduce new and regular communications

Animate a community Teams space of sales community colleagues with regular and engaging information to support knowledge and adoption of sales resources and marketing campaigns

Maintain distribution lists and build methods to filter mailings into smaller, bespoke communities

Events

Organize, promote and execute events designed for the Sales and Account Management community. Maintain calendar of events throughout the year, which may include: Yearly Sales Kick-off/Campus, Sales & AM Leadership Offsites, All Hands virtual meetings. Actively introduce new methods to engage and drive participation throughout

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field

5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, sales enablement or a similar role

Demonstrable experience of delivering effective outcomes through project management

Proven experience in communications. Proficient in English language with excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and effectively convey technical information
