RG Setsquare's client is seeking a qualified Electrician to cover Newark and surrounding areas. The role involves domestic electrical installations, including PV systems and air source heat pumps, in occupied and void properties.

A Gold Card and CSCS card are required, with strong health & safety awareness and independence essential. The position offers a 37.5 hour week with a CIS rate around £27/hour, negotiable by experience.

Qualifikationen

• Gold Card qualified electrician standard.
• Experience working in domestic properties.
• Experience working in occupied and void properties.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Asbestos Awareness certificate.
• Good understanding of health & safety and electrical compliance.
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard.
• Work safely and professionally within occupied properties.
• Complete electrical works within void properties.
• Install and work on PV (solar) systems.
• Carry out electrical works associated with air source heat pump installations.
• Undertake full and partial rewires.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical regulations and health & safety requirements.
• Maintain a professional approach when dealing with customers, tenants and other contractors.
• Complete relevant paperwork and certification accurately.
