The Role:

Corndel is seeking exceptional AI-experienced professionals to join our Professional Development Expert (PDE) Team to deliver world-class coaching and training for our ground-breaking Business Impact with AI - Level 4 programme. This innovative programme, delivered in partnership with Imperial College London and supported by Microsoft, represents the first Level 4 apprenticeship to fully integrate generative and agentic AI technologies with business analysis and change leadership.

To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proven AI implementation experience with a track record of leading AI-driven business transformation initiatives. You should have hands-on proficiency with AI productivity tools and platforms, advanced prompt engineering capabilities, and practical experience in AI governance and ethics frameworks. Essential requirements include having led 2+ significant AI implementation projects with measurable business outcomes and the ability to coach others through AI adoption challenges.

Your business analysis expertise must be enhanced with AI applications - including AI-integrated process modelling, requirements gathering for AI solutions, and value stream mapping for intelligent systems. You should be capable of connecting AI initiatives to broader organisational goals and supporting learners in understanding how AI-enabled change aligns with business strategy, transformation programmes, and operating models.

You will join a company breaking new ground in AI education, offering an intelligent, dynamic approach to developing the next generation of AI change leaders through a world-class programme of vocational learning. Corndel delivers a range of programmes, including AI, Leadership and Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Data Professional, Data Analytics, DevOps, Software Development and Fundraising.

You will:

  • Coach learners through AI implementation challenges, providing practical guidance on AI tool selection, deployment strategies, and change management for AI adoption
  • Deliver AI-focused training sessions and workshops, demonstrating hands-on use of AI productivity tools and helping learners develop prompt engineering and AI workflow design capabilities
  • Support learners in developing AI business cases with measurable ROI expectations and help them track benefits and impact over time
  • Guide learners through AI governance and ethics considerations, ensuring responsible AI implementation practices and compliance management
  • Tailor theoretical AI content for individual learners through regular coaching sessions, adapting delivery to their AI maturity level and organisational context
  • Facilitate AI transformation within learners' workplaces, working with stakeholders to support practical AI implementation and address resistance to AI adoption
  • Ensure learners develop both generative AI proficiency and understanding of emerging technologies including agentic AI, preparing them to lead AI initiatives across diverse business contexts
  • Maintain expertise in rapidly evolving AI landscape, staying current with latest AI tools, methodologies, and business applications to provide cutting-edge guidance
  • Manage client relationships from an AI transformation perspective, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on AI adoption strategies and implementation approaches
  • Evidence a commitment to the values of Corndel and an understanding of the transformational impact of education

Responsibilities:

  • Teaching a cohort of learners, guiding them through their AI-enhanced business analysis programme
  • Ensuring over 85% of learners achieve their qualification on time whilst demonstrating genuine AI leadership capability in their organisations
  • Supporting learners to implement AI solutions in their workplaces with documented business impact and meeting regular milestones for portfolio development
  • Supporting learners to complete their portfolio within the set timescales and to the highest standard possible
  • Timetabling and holding one-to-one AI coaching sessions regularly, focusing on practical AI implementation challenges
  • Facilitating workshops that engage, motivate and educate learners on cutting-edge AI applications and business transformation
  • Engaging with learners' line managers on a quarterly basis to review progress and discuss AI implementation outcomes in the workplace
  • Adhering to all compliance requirements for the qualification
  • Supporting the Skills for Business team to engage learners through Maths & English qualification where relevant

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven AI implementation experience with 2+ significant AI projects demonstrating measurable business outcomes
  • Hands-on proficiency with AI productivity tools and platforms, including advanced prompt engineering capabilities
  • Practical experience in AI governance, ethics frameworks, and responsible AI implementation
  • Business analysis expertise enhanced with AI applications, including process modelling for AI-integrated workflows
  • Coaching and training experience, particularly in technology adoption and change management contexts
  • Ability to explain complex AI concepts in business-friendly language across diverse organisational contexts

Assessment Requirements:

As part of the selection process, candidates will be required to:

  • Demonstrate live AI tool proficiency through a 10-15 minute presentation showing practical use of AI productivity tools for business process improvement
  • Present a detailed AI implementation case study including challenges faced, solutions implemented, and measurable business impact achieved
  • Complete an AI coaching simulation demonstrating ability to guide someone through an AI challenge whilst adapting to different learning styles
  • Discuss practical AI ethics scenarios showing approach to managing AI bias, governance issues, and responsible AI implementation
  • Provide portfolio evidence of documented AI implementation projects with quantified business outcomes and examples of AI training or coaching delivery
