The Role:
Corndel is seeking exceptional AI-experienced professionals to join our Professional Development Expert (PDE) Team to deliver world-class coaching and training for our ground-breaking Business Impact with AI - Level 4 programme. This innovative programme, delivered in partnership with Imperial College London and supported by Microsoft, represents the first Level 4 apprenticeship to fully integrate generative and agentic AI technologies with business analysis and change leadership.
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proven AI implementation experience with a track record of leading AI-driven business transformation initiatives. You should have hands-on proficiency with AI productivity tools and platforms, advanced prompt engineering capabilities, and practical experience in AI governance and ethics frameworks. Essential requirements include having led 2+ significant AI implementation projects with measurable business outcomes and the ability to coach others through AI adoption challenges.
Your business analysis expertise must be enhanced with AI applications - including AI-integrated process modelling, requirements gathering for AI solutions, and value stream mapping for intelligent systems. You should be capable of connecting AI initiatives to broader organisational goals and supporting learners in understanding how AI-enabled change aligns with business strategy, transformation programmes, and operating models.
