  • In this role you will be reporting to the Associate Director, Productivity UK in Ireland, in an exciting role that will steer the productivity activities across your assigned business unit function, helping to ensure that BOC makes challenging costs and growth targets and to help transform our organization
  • You will be responsible for driving the continuous identification, sponsorship and delivery of productivity programmes that will ensure that we meet short- and medium-term organizational performance goals
  • Influencing and or leading others without having direct personnel management responsibilities as you will act as an internal consultant to productivity professionals and their project teams
  • In addition, you will be a conduit to help drive cultural change and enhance organizational capabilities making use of your project management skills and experience of applying Lean Six Sigma methods and data-base decision making
  • And lastly, this role will give you the opportunity to work across a number of initiatives that will cover a wide range of activities, including process enhancements, digitalization, and automation, spanning across multiple business areas, value streams, and departments

What Makes You Great

  • You have excellent financial analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make informed conclusions, experience building business and or investment cases
  • Experience in Six Sigma and or Lean methodologies with a minimum of Green Belt Certification. However, you should have a Black Belt Certification, this would be an advantage
  • You have excellent working project management skills
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for enhancement and developed effective action plans
  • In addition, you have the highest level of communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • You have a passion and a track record of working with, influencing others as well as managing change
  • An ability to work in an agile manner and comfortable operating with a level of uncertainty
  • And lastly, you work with integrity role, modelling the behaviors aligned to being an inclusive workplace
