What you'll be doing

• Lead a team within the Prep department, ensuring process consistency and product quality according to production plans and standards.
• Monitor raw materials, operational processes, and the production environment to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with the operations team, report progress, and highlight risks to achieving targets.
• Review team capabilities, set clear objectives, and support staff development to maximize potential.
