Earn a $1000 sign-on bonus!
Pay Range: $21.45 per hour
Shift(s) Available: Day shift with rotational/swing schedule, including weekends and holidays. Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.

Summary

This entry-level position is within a union environment. You will learn about the facility, perform various tasks, and seek process improvements. Utilities staff perform diverse duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions

• Operate in a fast-paced environment, including weighing, packaging, labeling, sanitizing, and storing products
• Collaborate with team members and management for continuous improvement
• Communicate safety, quality, and maintenance issues
• Rotate through different positions within the department
• Operate forklifts and skid steers
• Follow safety, environmental, and food quality standards
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Attend regularly and punctually
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• English proficiency (verbal and written)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in production or military environment preferred

Working Conditions

• Non-air-conditioned environment, seasonal temperature variations
• Dusty atmosphere, noise levels up to 85 decibels requiring hearing protection

Physical Requirements
