Job description

We're on the lookout for a Production Welder to join our expanding client based in Loughborough on a full time, permanent basis.

Salary: £14.50 - £15.50 per hour (depending on experience).

Hours: 07:00 - 15:30 Monday - Thursday and 06:00 - 14:30 on Friday.

The Role:

As a Production Welder, you will have strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of sheet metal work. This role requires welding various metal components with use of hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weld metal components according to specifications and drawings.
  • Assemble parts and structures using various welding techniques.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Experience with a variety of welding processes.
  • Free on-site parking
  • PPE provided
  • 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
