Job title: Production Test Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and rolling out smart, effective electronic test strategies
2. Leading and mentoring the test team - giving structure, support, and purpose
3. Overseeing test system design - including hardware and software elements
4. Managing people operations: performance reviews, absence, motivation, and growth
5. Ensuring reliability, accuracy, and efficiency across all test activities
6. Defining production test requirements for new product development
7. Working with R&D and production to resolve issues and troubleshoot problems
8. Monitoring KPIs, reporting test metrics, and driving continuous improvement
9. Keeping everything on track - from test schedules and resources to budget management
10. Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company standards (ISO, IPC, etc.)

Requirements:

1. A higher-level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or similar
2. Strong experience in electronic testing, ideally in a manufacturing or R&D setting
3. Excellent understanding of test methodologies, tools, and equipment
4. Familiarity with ISO 9001, IPC standards, and ideally high voltage testing regulations
5. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
6. Confident leadership, communication, and project management abilities
7. A collaborative, team-first approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
