The ideal candidate should have experience with complex RF systems and testing equipment, alongside a qualification in Electronic engineering. Job Description

Based at our state-of-the-art Cyber Centre of Excellence in Maidenhead.

As Production Test Engineer you will:

  • Test and fault find to component level, including environmental testing.
  • Work with the test team on a wide variety of products at PCB, Sub Assembly, General Assembly, and System Levels.
  • Conduct testing & record results accurately ensuring product meets the test schedule parameters prior to delivery.
  • Assist with the resolution of technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Test and fault find to component level, including environmental testing.
  • Work with the test team on a wide variety of products at PCB, Sub Assembly, General Assembly, and System Levels.
  • Conduct testing & record results accurately ensuring product meets the test schedule parameters prior to delivery.
  • Assist with the resolution of technical issues.
  • Experience of testing complex RF and digital PCB modules and microprocessor based equipment, ideally in a military/defence based organisation or similar environment.
  • Use of both bench test equipment and automated test equipment.
  • Be qualified to at least OND/ONC standard in Electronic engineering or equivalent.
  • Be able to communicate accurately on technical issues with internal customers both written and verbal.
  • Be computer literate.

Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain SC level security clearance.
