Role: Production Technologist – Pharmaceutical

Russell Taylor Group are recruiting for a Production Technologist on behalf of a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing business in Hertfordshire. The role is part of the production team, consisting of 11 Production Technicians. The focus will be on troubleshooting, process optimisation, and continuous improvement, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and compliance with internal standards and GMP principles. You will work closely with R&D, Quality, and Validation to investigate issues, implement process enhancements, and support new product introductions. The role involves both laboratory investigation work and production floor activities.
