Join a global leader in advanced materials. At Morgan Advanced Materials, we use cutting-edge ceramics and carbon technologies to tackle tough industrial challenges—and we’re looking for a Production Technician to join our high-performing team in Rugby.

In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Metallising Value Stream—working closely with engineers and operations to improve manufacturing quality, efficiency, and processes. You’ll be involved in root cause analysis, problem solving, process improvements, new product introductions, and technical support on our metallised and brazed ceramic assemblies.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting production with root cause analysis and structured problem solving

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost quality and reduce lead times

  • Assisting in new product introductions (NPIs) and first article builds

  • Reviewing and improving SOPs, routings, and BOMs

  • Working closely with engineers, apprentices, and operations teams

  • Maintaining a high standard of safety and compliance at all times
