Job summary

Biocomposites in Keele, UK is seeking an Operations Assistant to produce products aligned with the production schedule while maintaining quality standards. The role requires working in a cleanroom environment and following batch manufacturing records with accuracy.

You'll be trained to perform routine tasks, keep documentation up to date, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a GMP-regulated manufacturing site. Overtime may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing is advantageous.
• Basic IT skills and confidence with computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a cleanroom environment and gown as required.
• Follow Batch Manufacturing Records and written instructions.
• Complete routine tasks with minimal supervision.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and contribute to housekeeping.
• Report problems with quality, process, equipment or materials.
• Follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation.
