Job summary

Curaleaf International is seeking a hands-on Production Technician for our medical cannabis manufacturing facility. This temporary contract role sits at the center of a tightly regulated, quality-driven operation, producing and packaging cannabis-based medicines that improve lives.

You’ll follow precise methods in cleanroom environments, operate and calibrate equipment, and maintain strict records to meet production targets while ensuring safety and quality.

• Maintaining a clean, sterile workspace to minimise contamination risks
• Inspecting products to ensure quality and consistency
• Handling and disposing of materials (including hazardous waste) safely
• Managing your own time effectively to meet production goals

What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Technician in our medical cannabis manufacturing facility, you'll be at the centre of a rapidly evolving, science-backed industry, producing and packaging high-quality cannabis-based medicines that genuinely improve lives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Following precise manufacturing methods in cleanroom and non-sterile environments
• Operating and checking equipment, adjusting or calibrating when needed
• Keeping accurate records and logbooks (your attention to detail will shine here!)
• Maintaining a clean, sterile workspace to minimise contamination risks
• Inspecting products to ensure quality and consistency
• Handling and disposing of materials (including hazardous waste) safely
• Managing your own time effectively to meet production goals

• Is flexible with working hours (our shifts run between 6am - 8pm)

Bonus if you've worked in a fast-paced or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment - but it's not essential. Full training is provided!
