Role Overview

We are looking for a Technician to manage the equipment registration process and support production by working with the engineering team to implement process improvements and product design changes. This role involves working closely with engineering teams to maintain production and development equipment within a highly regulated medical device company, as well as supporting process and production improvements.

Responsibilities
  1. Register new Production & Development Equipment.
  2. Perform equipment preventative maintenance.
  3. Arrange calibration from approved vendors.
  4. Maintain logs to ensure all equipment is fit for use.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  6. Support Engineering with production builds.
  7. Execute protocols for development and new processes.
Key Requirements
  1. High level of attention to detail.
  2. Good organizational and time management skills.
  3. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Manufacturing experience.
  5. Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., ISO9001/ISO13485).
