Production Technician – Telford
£31,600 starting salary – opportunity to rise to £41,200 after training
4 on 4 off shift pattern (days & nights)

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced production environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We’re looking for a Production Technician to join our team in Telford. In this role, you will:

  1. Spot and resolve machinery faults to prevent downtime.
  2. Run the production line to standard operating procedures, including start-ups and changeovers.
  3. Ensure full compliance with Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety standards.
  4. Lead and train machine operators to drive performance.
  5. Work with development teams to refine processes and improve productivity.
  6. Take ownership of the production line’s performance, ensuring efficiency and control.
