Production Technician - Eynsham, GBP12 - GBP14 p/h, GBP24k - GBP28k plus shift allowance & benefits

A leading manufacturer located in the Eynsham area of Oxfordshire is seeking to recruit several Production Technicians. Interviews are available over the coming weeks, with candidates expected to start as soon as possible.

This Production Technician role involves contributing to the launch of an exciting new product line and developing the company's capability from low to high volume production over the next year. You will work with state-of-the-art composite manufacturing processes, ensuring high standards of diligence and quality for safety-critical applications.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with production experience who are interested in joining a rapidly growing business serving industries such as motorsport, F1, automotive, aerospace, and defense.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing.
• An engineering qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience with production machinery or robotics is advantageous.

Shift Options

1. Standard day shift.
2. Double day rotating shift (includes 10% uplift): 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm.
