Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment.
• Practical experience of wiring, soldering, drilling, tapping and crimping.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble ENVEA UK products in line with standard operating procedures and quality standards.
• Carry out mechanical assembly using technical drawings and work instructions.
• Complete wiring, soldering, drilling, tapping, crimping and other assembly tasks.
• Work with Production, Test, Stores and Production Engineering teams to meet production targets.
• Provide flexible support across the production department as required.

This role offers the opportunity to become a permanent position, subject to performance and business requirements.As a Production Technician, you will assemble ENVEA UK products to the highest quality standards, supporting the manufacture of world-class environmental monitoring equipment.
