We are looking for a skilled and proactiveProduction Technicianto ensure the smooth operation of our packaging machinery. This role is critical in maintaining and optimizing ourBagging Machines, Multihead Weighers, Printers, Checkweighers, and Robots, ensuring they perform at their best to support production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conductroutine checks and housekeepingon all packaging equipment to maintain optimal performance in line with OEM operation manuals.
  • Reviewpre-start checkscompleted by Machine Operators, implement necessary corrective actions, and document the process accordingly.
  • Attendhourly SIC meetingsto monitor machine performance and take action to resolve any underperformance.
  • Train Machine Operators beyond initial training to improve their competency levels.
  • Assist withmachine changeoversthat require tool changes.
  • Create, maintain, and manageprinter programs and databases, ensuring compliance with required specifications.
  • Identify and escalate maintenance issues that impact machine efficiency, raising work requests where necessary.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiativesto enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Carry outminor maintenance tasksas agreed with the Senior Management Team.
  • Provide feedback to Production Management regardingMachine Operator performance and skill development.
