Remanufacturing Technician - Rebuild & Test

As a specialist engineering recruiter, I'm currently working with a well-established and respected organisation in the automotive sector that is looking to expand its technical team. We're on the lookout for a Fuel Injection Technician with a strong mechanical background and a keen eye for detail to join their high-performing rebuild and test division.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a precision-driven environment and is passionate about quality engineering. You'll be working with advanced fuel injection systems, contributing to the rebuild and testing of components to OE standards in a clean room environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and prepare fuel injection components for rebuild, ensuring suitability and compliance.
  • Follow OE-approved build specifications with accuracy and consistency.
  • Assemble and test injectors and pumps to meet strict manufacturer standards.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for all work completed.
  • Adhere to clean room protocols, QHSE standards, and production targets.


What We're Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in a technical or mechanical assembly role-ideally within automotive or precision engineering.
  • Knowledge of fuel injection systems is highly desirable.
