Job description

A family run business based in Bicester are looking for a Production Technician to join their team.

Working in a ‘clean room environment’ you must be self-motivated to complete your tasks and work well within a team. Hours of work will consist of 7 ½ hours per day between the hours of 10:00am- 18:00pm Monday to Friday.

Duties of the role:

1. Follow instructions to manufacture supplies
2. Correctly load and set cycles for machinery
3. Set up required equipment.
4. Pick product to fulfil orders.
5. Maintain clean work areas and equipment
6. Complete quality control checks
7. Assist with other duties including printing and lifting

You must:

1. Be willing to learn new skills
2. Work well within a team being flexible and responsible
3. Have excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness
4. Demonstrate accuracy and a keen eye for detail
5. Display good numeracy and literacy skills
6. Be able to lift heavy boxes

Previous experience working in a “clean” production environment is advantageous.

It must also be noted that due to working in the Clean Room environment no makeup, nail varnish or false nails, piercings or jewellery are permitted.
