Laboris Solutions Ltd in Bicester is seeking a hands-on Production Technician to join our growing team. You will build, assemble and test mechanical and electronic products to strict quality standards.

If you have at least 2 years in a mechanical or electronics production environment, soldering skills, and an eye for detail, you could help us deliver high-quality products to customers.

Formación

• At least 2 years’ experience in a mechanical or electronics production environment.
• Good practical soldering skills.
• Knowledge of J-STD-001 and/or IPC-7711/7721 standards (advantageous).
• Experience working to IPC-A-610 standards (advantageous).
• Good IT skills and confidence using business systems.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble mechanical and electronic products in line with detailed technical instructions and specifications.
• Carry out soldering and other hands-on production activities.
• Ensure all products meet strict quality control and workmanship standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or electronic issues, escalating more complex problems when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and customer deadlines.
• Ensure tools, equipment and materials are properly maintained and stored.
• Support the wider production team with other duties as required.

Salary: £25,420 - £34,000 per annum DOE. Location: Bicester, Oxon. Job Type: Full-time.

We are looking for a motivated Production Technician to join our clients growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in mechanical or electronic assembly who wants to develop their technical skills and play an important role in delivering high-quality products to customers.

You’ll be involved in the assembly, testing and maintenance of mechanical and electronic products, working alongside a supportive team to ensure every product meets the highest standards.

What you’ll be doing
