£15 - £17 Depending on experience (per hour)

Allstaff are working with a well-established manufacturing business that’s looking to recruit a skilled Production Technician to join their operations team. This role is suited to someone with hands-on experience in a fast-paced production setting and a good understanding of technical processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Set up, monitor and adjust production equipment to ensure smooth running.
  • Maintain consistent output and quality by proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Complete regular safety and quality checks in line with internal procedures.
  • Support engineers on planned and reactive maintenance
  • Record production data and contribute to process improvements.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.
  • Confident working with machinery and following technical instructions.
  • A strong team player with good problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and reliable, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including nights.
  • Knowledge of PLC controls, Mechanical & Electrical knowledge or Injection
  • Moulding would be advantageous
