As the Production Technician, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company that is constantly growing and developing. You will be involved in:

• Assembling, inspecting, and testing products to ensure they meet specifications
• Disassembly, survey, inspection, documenting, and repairing of products
• Reading, interpreting, and following technical engineering documents required to complete tasks
• Following instructions & documentation precisely
• Managing processes to ensure effective control of FOD (Foreign Object Debris), Tool Control, Electrostatic Discharge, Security of Assets, etc...
• Participating in health & safety training and performing related roles (e.g., fire marshal)
• Identifying issues and engaging in structured problem-solving to find root causes and solutions
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and efficiency
• Performing preventive maintenance and calibration tasks, reporting issues found
• Maintaining records of assembly processes, tests, and inspections
• Working within a highly technical, secure, and complex environment
• Attaining and maintaining IPC-A-610 standard, Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies
