Overview

Production Technician - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Andover

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am-4:15pm, Friday 8am-4pm

Salary: Attractive - Depending on Experience

Do you enjoy electrical work, plumbing, or tinkering in your spare time? Our client is looking for a hands-on Production Technician to join their team on a 6-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble products and sub-assemblies using kits, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
  • Test units to ensure quality and accuracy before packing
  • Create and update build notes for new and existing units
  • Carry out workshop tasks such as soldering and component modifications using lathe and mill
  • Complete documentation including Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Corrective Action Reports (CARs)
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to meet production deadlines
