Job summary

Refresco is seeking Production Team Operatives for the Kegworth site in the United Kingdom. Full training is provided, and you will be supported by a strong team led by the Production Area Manager.

Based in the PET phase, you will join a focused production operation feeding top brands across the UK. You will work on 3 on 3 off shifts (12-hour days and nights), with a 10% shift allowance and additional benefits including life assurance and a pension, designed to support your growth and career

You will play an important role in making sure some of the best-known drink’s brands in the UK are manufactured to the right quality and delivered on time to our many customers. About the Role

You do not need previous experience as full training will be provided. You will be part of a supportive team, led by the Production Area Manager working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes. You will be based in our PET phase.

• Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided.
• Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
